Trillium Flow Technologies is shopping for Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the facility, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two firms have signed a joint settlement that can convey the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands together beneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will focus on creating the ecological and gasoline compression sectors, the place its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
