US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

เกจวัดแรงดันปั๊มลมpuma is also a full-service provider of all types of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 employees.
The acquired business will function beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, high product traces and including additional service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five places throughout the United States, and greater than forty service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
