Bürkert Fluid Control Systems is now offering sturdy and low maintenance on/off and management valves for switching and controlling gases, liquids and steam in the process and food industries, appropriate for media pressures up to 25 bar and temperatures up to 230°C.
Low maintenance on/off and management valves are important in the food and process trade. They control the circulate of gases, steam or liquids, for instance in auxiliary processes such as cleaning-in-place (CIP), reverse osmosis or temperature management. Bürkert’s new range of electric motor and pneumatically operated on/off control valves is designed for these purposes, with prolonged strain and temperature ranges.
With ตัววัดแรงดัน sealing materials, the valves with stainless steel valve bodies work with media up to 25 bar gauge pressure and temperatures between -40°C–230°C. เกจ์อาร์กอนsumo rated service life at 200°C is multiple million switching cycles.
Sealing supplies and lubricants suitable for foodstuffs, consuming water, gasoline gases or oxygen enable the valves to be used with different media, including for cleansing and flushing functions, for heat carriers or saturated steam at 20 bar and 215°C.
