AxFlow acquires Switzerland’s Ateliers Ehrismann

AxFlow Germany is increasing its service business in Switzerland with the acquisition of Geneva-based Ateliers Ehrismann SA.
Founded in 1923, Ateliers Ehrismann services electric motors, pumps and different electrical and mechanical equipment. The company also supplies frequency converters and manufactures mechanical spare parts and electromechanical prototypes. Ateliers Ehrismann is ATEX licensed for the repair of electrical motors and holds a permanent inventory of electric motors, frequency converters and spare parts for full pump overhauls.
“The acquisition of Ateliers Ehrismann will make a fantastic addition to AxFlow and is consistent with our business group technique to proceed to expand our service business,” said Ole Weiner, CEO of AxFlow Holding.
