Brussels, August 8, 2022 – Aliaxis SA, a world leader enabling entry to water and vitality via fluid administration options, declares the acquisition of Aquarius Spectrum, a novel provider of superior acoustic water leak detection and pipe situation evaluation options for water infrastructure. Aquarius Spectrum shall be a part of Aliaxis Next, Aliaxis’ newly created division which develops adjoining businesses in the field of water management and preservation.
The revenues of Aquarius Spectrum are under €5 million a 12 months, with a powerful growth potential. The monetary particulars of this agreement is not going to be disclosed.
With this acquisition, Aliaxis additional strengthens its options base to tackle the world’s main water-related challenges such as sustainable water management, resilient water infrastructure, access to water, and water for food. Aquarius Spectrum, an Israel-based know-how company, has developed ground-breaking systems that proactively monitor water distribution networks.
