Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps incorporates no moving components that come into contact with the product. It has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or substitute.
Bredel hose pumps also eliminate the need for ancillary tools similar to dry run safety, seal water flush techniques and in-line check valves. เกจวัดแรงดันออกซิเจน takes solely minutes and could be performed in-situ without special instruments or expert personnel.
The pumped fluid is totally contained in a long-life hose, defending operation and maintenance personnel and the surroundings from unwanted spillages or publicity to chemicals. Flow is completely impartial of suction and discharge circumstances. The Bredel hose is precision machined to ensure circulate stability and pump efficiency in powerful fluid dealing with applications.
These industrial pumps achieve flow rates as a lot as 475 GPM, transferring as much as 80% solids in suspension.
