Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps contains no shifting elements that come into contact with the product. It has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or replace.
Bredel hose pumps also remove the need for ancillary tools such as dry run safety, seal water flush techniques and in-line check valves. A hose change takes only minutes and may be performed in-situ with out particular instruments or skilled personnel.
The pumped fluid is completely contained in a long-life hose, protecting operation and upkeep personnel and the environment from unwanted spillages or exposure to chemicals. Flow is completely independent of suction and discharge situations. เกจวัดแรงดัน250bar is precision machined to ensure circulate stability and pump performance in powerful fluid handling purposes.
These industrial pumps obtain move charges up to 475 GPM, transferring up to 80% solids in suspension.
