US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating equipment, with in-house and area service capabilities. เพรสเชอร์เกจ has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory protection, prime product lines and including extra service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically sixty five areas all through the United States, and greater than forty service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
