US industrial distributor and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all forms of rotating equipment, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 staff.
The acquired enterprise will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, top product lines and including additional service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”
