US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service supplier of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 employees.

Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, top product strains and including further service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically sixty five places throughout the United States, and greater than forty service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
