ePumps can also be a full-service provider of all forms of rotating equipment, with in-house and area service capabilities. The company has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a team of 28 staff.
The acquired business will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, high product strains and including further service capabilities to this area. We are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five areas throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
