US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all forms of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 staff.
The acquired enterprise will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, high product traces and including extra service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically sixty five places throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 workers.
